Yin Yoga Group Class

Yin yoga is both a gentle and stimulating practice. It targets connective tissue, specifically ligaments and tendons, in the joints and spine. Over time, practice of yin yoga can lengthen these tissues, increasing range of motion. Yin poses are passive and are held for an extended period of time (usually 3-5 minutes). Suitable for all levels.
